Regular offerings – my menu changes daily, but here are a few of the regular items
Nanaimo bars: chocolate, graham, walnut and coconut crust, topped with a vanilla custard buttercream, and topped with chocolate.
Cream puffs: either filled with chantilly cream or pastry cream
Fudgy brownies: rich and chocolatey, but not too sweet!!
Brown Sugar Butter Bars: delicious brown sugar caramel in between layers of graham crackers, with a butter frosting –
Gooey bars: shortbread crust with a butter caramel, cranberries and pecans –
Oatmeal fudge bars: oatmeal cookie crust with a chocolate fudge filling –
Lemon oatmeal bars: oatmeal and coconut crusts with a lemon custard filling –
Texas sheet cake: chocolate cake with a chocolate pecan frosting –
Apple crisp: granny smith apples baked with an oatmeal crisp topping –
