- How long is the free trial and what's the cancellation policy?
- All plans come with a risk free, 30 day trial period and can be cancelled at any time with no questions asked (alright, we may ask what we could do better). All non-cancelled free trials will automatically enroll into their appropriate billing cycles and amounts upon completion.
All plans can be cancelled at any time and a refund for the remaining billing cycle will be prorated back to the payment method on file.
- Is content generated with AI safe for commercial use?
- Yes. We only use models that have been vetted and cleared for commercial use. We hold no license or reservations on content you generate within CakeSlice. See our Terms of Service and Privacy policy for more details.
- What do you mean by 'Custom AI Models'?
- CakeSlice allows brands to train custom generative AI models based on the assets they have in their Library. These models can then be used to generate new content with a similar theme, style, and vibe.
- What kind of support do you offer?
- We offer email support for all plans. Enterprise plans are also eligible for live chat support. We welcome all feedback, feature requests, and bug reports and can be reached at support@cakeslice.com.
